Cancellation.
ALL CANCELLATIONS must be done within the 24-hour period of your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, confirmation texts will always be sent out a day prior to your appointment.
NO SHOWS or ANY late cancellations made after the 24-hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late.
Your appointments are very important to us here at Brows By Zoe. We will always do our best to accommodate if you may be running late.
We kindly allow a 10 minute grace period ONLY. Anything beyond this grace period will result in a possible cancellation. If you are aware that you will be later than the allotted grace period time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in rescheduling your appointment.
